We may use photos for future marketing, such as this website, but we do not post photos of children on social media.

Parental Consent: Every camper must have a signed Photo Release Form on file.

Privacy First: We never share personal details like full names or contact information.

Opt-Out Anytime: If you would rather we keep your camper’s photos private, let us know.

Illness & Exclusion

Please keep your child home if they are not feeling well.

Children must be fever-free, vomiting-free, and diarrhea-free for 24 hours without medication before returning to camp.

If your child has a contagious illness or symptoms that would prevent them from fully participating, please allow them time to recover at home.

If a child becomes sick during camp, parents will be contacted and asked to pick up within 60 minutes.
